Simon is an organisational game changer. With 37 years of global experience, crafting and implementing innovative people and culture strategies across the corporate, non-profit and consulting sectors. Throughout his journey, he has been at the forefront of leading people and culture transformation, DEI and executive coaching, while also spearheading teams across five continents.
Simon has helped design more connected organisations, enabling leaders, professionals, and human capital practitioners to thrive in an ever-connected world. Simon believes in applying research and tools to help organisations build capability through learning, performance, talent optimisation, innovation and agility.
Simon spent 34 years abroad in Australia and the US, and In 2021 was inducted into the US Advancing Diversity Hall of Fame in recognition for his work to advance opportunities for minority talent and mentoring of executives to drive more just and equitable workplaces. In the same year he was named by Forbes Magazine as one of the 13 most influential Talent & Diversity, Equity and Inclusion consultants and practitioners in the United States. In 2022 he was named an International Mental Health Role Model by the UK’s Inside Out Leader board, in recognition for industry leading learning and development programmes for organisations to identify and address mental health as well as his courage to speak out and discuss his own mental health journey. In 2022 SourceCon named Simon as a Top 100 US Talent Leader and in 2023 as Director of Talent, Culture and Future Capability at Fonterra, Simon was named an HR Global 100 Winner, as one of the top 100 HR leaders globally.
